02 / How it works
Four steps, no friction
Refer someone new
Point a net-new person to the work, or someone you clearly caused to come find it. No spreadsheets, no pitch deck. Just a real introduction.
They enroll and pay
When the person you sent decides to join one of the programs and completes their payment, your referral is on the books.
You get paid your share
Once their payment clears, you earn 15% of what they paid. Most referrals land between $900 and $1,800, with a range of $150 to $3,600.
Reconciled monthly
Everything is squared up once a month, so payouts stay simple and predictable on both sides.
03 / The fine print
Keeping it fair
- Net-new or clearly yours. A referral has to be someone new, or someone you clearly caused to come find the work.
- Paid after they pay. Your share is earned once the person you referred has actually paid.
- Reconciled monthly. Payouts are tallied and settled once a month.
