Background
Built from the trenches, not a textbook
I have founded 26 companies across tech, education, real estate, and community building. One became the largest software and business training company in New York City, where I trained more than 90,000 people in business systems, software, automation, and execution.
For nearly 30 years I have helped people turn big ideas into something real: cleaner systems, clearer offers, better decisions, and businesses that actually run. Today I am building two AI companies, including All Sorted, and mentoring entrepreneurs inside Mastermind HQ.
My obsession has always been the same. Build it so it runs itself.

A builder, over and over
My track record is not one big idea, it is 26 of them: businesses across tech, education, real estate, hospitality, and immersive experiences. Some grew, some were sold, some taught me what not to do next time. All of them came from the same urge to make a useful thing real and make it run on its own.
I am also the creator of The Connection Map, my framework for human connection, and the author of a book on building your own AI agent operating system. The throughline is always systems: the structures that let a person or a business perform far above their size.
